  1. Not satisfied with your order

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee if the product is in good condition and has no obvious wear and tear within 14 days of receiving it. If our warranty does not cover the manufacturer’s defects and the replacement is not due to our mistake.

To obtain the fastest resolution, please contact us through us and attach a photo to demonstrate the poor quality or damaged area of the product. The best image is on a flat surface with clear display of labels and errors. Once the situation is confirmed, we will send you replacement parts as soon as possible without returning the defective ones. We will use this information to assist you in processing your order and to eliminate errors in the future.

  1. Cancel unshipped orders

If you want to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, please contact us through us for the fastest solution and provide your order number. thank you!

  1. Cancel shipped orders

If you cancel your order after the package has already been shipped or is on its way to the destination, please contact us and refuse to accept the package as we were unable to call back at the time. We will refund your payment after deducting the shipping fee. Once the package is returned, a refund will be issued immediately.

If you believe that the product you purchased does not meet the requirements you initially considered, you may choose to apply for a refund.

You can receive a full refund

If the product you purchased is completely malfunctioning.
If you do not receive the product within 30 working days from the date of placing the order.
